The electrical connection
To achieve an excellent electrical connection to the electrified fence, you need to choose a high-quality insulated cable for high voltage and connectors in stainless steel and aluminium alloy.
Our cable is insulated with Teflon for more than 12,000 V and connects the tape with the energiser or connects one fence to another. Plan for a tensioner Rif.44 on each side. Use it to keep the energiser sheltered.
Attention! Never use other cables for energy transport, as they must be insulated for at least 10,000 V, especially if you bury the cable, even if in a sheath.
The electrical connection
1 - The high voltage cable Rif.59L
2 - The cable lug Rif.59G
3 - The tape connector Rif.59H
4 - The earth stake Rif.T1

1 metre long
€ 5.65 (VAT incl.)

Rif. 59H
TAPE CONNECTOR
Tape/tape connector.
Allows correct current transport from the upper tape to the one below.
We recommend at least 2 Rif. 59H per fence, and at least 1 per gate or divider (add one extra per tape loop after the second height). It is 70 cm long and must be fixed to Rif. 44 or Rif. 24
€ 6.50 (VAT incl.)
Rif. T1
EARTH STAKE (1.5 MT)
Ensures optimal ground dispersion.
For very large fences, consider three connected in a triangle.
€ 19.50 (VAT incl.)

T1: the earth. What does that mean?
We should call it "the connection with soil moisture".
Earth is perhaps one of the most underestimated but at the same time most important aspects for the proper functioning of fences. Imagine if we had to make a theoretical calculation of the need for an energiser like ours, to cover all its fence electrification potential, we would have to use an earth stake with a diameter of 20 millimetres and length 6 metres! This means that the earth stake has an important main function: to reach the first layers of moist soil. As you know, the soil is composed of many layers and each place has a different soil morphology. Well, with the stake we will need to reach the first moist layers so that the current then travels as far as possible.
In fact, in very dry soil, if you have not reached this layer, the horse, even if it touches the tape, will remain isolated.
