Gnats and Midges Control

Gnats, sandflies... are an impossible nuisance for all animals and beyond; at certain temperatures, they also become real "bloodsuckers". We have tested a solution: NOMIDGE and it works! This is a biological treatment based on tiny creatures, in this case, mites that are predators of Gnats!

To be done twice a year or as needed: one at the onset of the infestation and the other after a month. Obviously, do not combine with insecticides!

Important usage information

Where do I put them?

The first thing to do is to locate where they breed: wet areas very often in the shade, near groves or shaded areas, but also under tall grass.

How do I apply them?

Distribute the contents of our package in the identified areas, using a scoop or a small measuring cup.

If I put them in the paddock?

The treatment must be done on the perimeter, but only where they are supposed to breed. Example: for 100 linear meters, distribute on a 0.5m width (100x0.5 = 50 sqm, about 1/3 of the package).

When to do the treatment?

As soon as you see the first mobile forms, it is time to intervene. Plan your purchase ahead: we need a couple of weeks to produce them.

Temperature and Rain?

Rain does not affect them unless it is torrential. The outside temperature must be at least 18/20° C; humidity also has a great impact (breeding areas are generally humid).

Indoor places and Lawns?

In stalls or sheds, start as soon as you see the first mobile forms. For lawns, always concentrate the broadcasting by zones, exactly where the gnats breed.
