LEGAL WARRANTY
All purchased products are always accompanied by a legal warranty that covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity (e.g. malfunctions, faults and breakages resulting from normal use, product defects) of the products themselves for 24 months from the product delivery date.
The legal warranty is not valid if the consumer caused the damage, or if the consumer knew or could have known of the defect at the time of purchase, or if the non-conformity defect derives from instructions or materials provided by the consumer
The legal warranty gives the right to request from the seller:
at the consumer's choice, the repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively costly compared to the alternative, considering: the extent of any defect, the value of the product without defect and whether the alternative can be carried out while avoiding significant inconvenience to the customer;
in the event that repair or replacement are impossible, excessively costly or are delayed or cause significant inconvenience to the customer and are not effective in resolving the problem, the customer has the right to request a price reduction or contract termination. In determining the amount of reduction or the sum to be refunded, the use of the product must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to proceed with repair or replacement of the product, contract termination may not proceed.
The seller will perform the repair or replacement of the product within a maximum of 60 days from delivery, excluding the time necessary to obtain spare parts that are not immediately available.
In order to enforce the warranty, the customer must by law:
- keep and present the purchase invoice;
- report the product defect within one (1) month from the purchase date;
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Online customers acting as consumers are granted the right of withdrawal from the contract, as provided for by articles 64 – 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code.
It is clarified that, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, and therefore makes the purchase by indicating their tax identification number and not VAT number, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the customer has carefully kept the product to be returned, which must be absolutely intact.
We accept the return of any item in perfect condition, intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with accessories and everything originally contained. Shipping until receipt at our premises is entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damage, theft or loss that occurs during transport or for returns sent uninsured. The shipping cost for returned products is the customer's responsibility.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
Send the withdrawal request via email to info@badifarm.com or registered mail with return receipt within 14 days from receipt of the goods, at the address:

In the letter requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal account for refunding the due amount (complete IBAN and account holder name) in case the order was not paid with Credit Card or PayPal, as well as the possibility of receiving a purchase voucher of the same value to be used within one (1) year on the www.badifarm.com website.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods (not before receipt of the items), Badi Farm srl will refund the customer via bank transfer, Credit Card or PayPal, the amount paid excluding ancillary fees (cash on delivery fee if applicable or shipping).
Upon arrival at our premises, the returned product or products will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from shipping. The right of withdrawal lapses completely, due to lack of the essential condition of product integrity, in cases where Badi Farm srl ascertains:
- the absence of product components (accessories, internal or external parts of the product, product components...)
- product damage caused by shipping or causes other than its shipping
ATTENTION: There is no right to claim warranty if the defect or damage was caused by non-compliant use:
- repairs or interventions performed improperly and incorrectly;
- manipulation of assembly components;
- defects or damage caused by fall, breakage, lightning or liquid infiltration.

BADI FARM COMMERCIAL WARRANTY ON SAFETY IMPACT-RESISTANT TAPE 10 YEARS
Alongside the legal conformity warranty, BADI FARM SRL offers a conventional warranty on the product only: SAFETY IMPACT-RESISTANT TAPE available and purchasable on the website with the following references:
M4,Z4,PM4, B4,H4,PB4,V4,G4,PV4, M2,Z2,B2,H2, B1,M1, H1, Z1 and PB1.
The 10-year warranty from purchase loses validity when:
- improper interventions occur, different from the instructions present on the website, catalog or indications given via email or telephone with Badi Farm srl staff and technicians;
- improper manipulation of assembly components;
- defects or damage caused by fall, breakage, lightning or liquid infiltration.

The 10-year warranty from purchase remains valid when:
- Badi Farm electrical components and accessories are used and correctly installed (insulators positioned with a distance of no more than 4 m between them and tensioners with stainless steel buckles)
- suitable current is always present on the line to prevent animals from touching and pushing on the tape
- electrical devices, energizers, Badi Farm are used
