Do the dispensers work with electric power?

Automatic dog and cat feeders operate on 12V electrical power with a standard rechargeable battery charged with a 220/12 VOLT power adapter or optional solar panel.

What if there is a power outage?

If there is a power outage, how can I guarantee my pet gets fed?

Any power interruptions are not a problem: the automatic feeder's battery has an autonomy of 70-90 hours.

Operation without electric power

If I don't have direct electric power available, how can I still operate the automatic feeder?

In the absence of an electric power line, we provide a solar panel that maintains the backup battery, ensuring proper operation.

What type of food can I use?

With our automatic feeders, only dry foods can be dispensed: kibble, pellets, flakes, and grains.

Can the water bowl run out of water?

The water level in the bowl is regulated by a float valve (present in all dispensers that provide both water and food) until the tank is empty. Upon request, it is possible to modify the dispenser for direct connection to the water supply line.

Which pet is it most suitable for?

Our range covers cats, dogs, horses, farm animals, and wild animals—any animal that eats dry food.

Can I use the feeder outdoors?

Certainly! All automatic feeders are built to withstand weather and all seasons; they should be protected from direct rain with a waterproof roof that also protects electrical connections.

Can my four-legged friend access the internal tank?

No animal can access the food tank at the end of dispensing because the lid is fixed to the tank with two screwed knobs and the dispensing outlet opens only when food is being released. This system makes the tank inaccessible to the animal, rats, or insects.

Can I clean the food compartment?

Yes, but before accessing the internal compartments, it is absolutely recommended to turn the feeder OFF. We advise against using liquid detergents and descaling solutions as they could damage the electronic components of the feeder located under the food dispenser. You can use a damp cloth to clean the food compartment.
