Information and Terms of Sale
PAYMENT: You can make payment through the following methods:

Payment in cash on delivery will have a 2% surcharge, while online payment with PayPal has commission fees of 4%; if you want to avoid this surcharge you can make a bank transfer, specifying all your details and the order date to BCC -ag. di Buguggiate - IBAN IT55A0840450700000000043639 -BIC.
The listed prices are VAT included. Prices displayed online and in printed price lists distributed during trade fairs may vary due to increases in raw material prices. Price variations cannot give rise to claims.
The invoice will be sent at the time your order is dispatched.
ORDER RECEIPT
Upon receipt of the order, the Badi Farm offices may contact the Customer at the email address or phone number provided to clarify any questions, confirm the order or for any other matter relating to its processing, such as delivery times, transport quotation on request, availability.
In particular cases, such as when multiple customers order the same product simultaneously, the product may be unavailable. In this case, the Customer will be informed that the order cannot be fulfilled.
If a product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, the Customer will be notified via email or phone of any order processing issues and possible solutions. In case of urgency, it will be possible to advance the delivery of immediately available goods and send the missing items at a later time and/or replace the temporarily unavailable article with another equivalent in terms of quality/price ratio.
DELIVERY
Upon receipt of the order (and related payment) we commit to quickly preparing and shipping goods in stock if available for immediate delivery; depending on the time of year, at the end of winter and beginning of summer as well as after major trade fairs, delivery could be around 30 working days (it will be our responsibility to notify you via email or phone of timing and any delays).
Attention to holidays, transport worker strikes and traffic restrictions: these could delay delivery, so Badi Farm srl cannot be held responsible in case of delay in delivery of ordered goods.
Once the package is dispatched from our facility, the shipment of goods is entrusted to an express courier which delivers nationwide in 24/48 hours from the moment the goods are handed over (72 hours for the South, major islands and difficult-to-reach areas).
As soon as the goods leave the warehouse, the customer will receive an SMS at the number indicated at the time of ordering with confirmation of the departure of the goods from our warehouse with tracking code and a second SMS at the time of delivery.
Once you receive the package, we invite you to verify:
• that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's letter is actually the one delivered
• that the package is intact and not damaged; any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier, otherwise the product is considered correctly delivered. If the damage is easily verifiable, we invite you to refuse delivery or accept with reservation.
For goods exceeding 50 kg or for excessive volumes, a price increase will be applied and communication will be made so that you can evaluate whether to confirm or not the order placed.
HOLDING: MANAGEMENT AND COSTS
If the courier cannot find anyone at the time of delivery, a second delivery will be made the next day. If the courier still cannot find anyone or in the event that the customer notifies a different delivery address once the order has already been picked up from our warehouse, the recipient will be charged for the costs incurred for holding and redelivery to the specified address or for redelivery to the sender to be settled by bank transfer directly to the courier (equal to the costs of return shipping of the package + file costs).
TRANSPORT: transport is at the expense of the buyer and given the favorable agreement we have obtained with various national express transporters, it will be invoiced directly by us.
Attention to the cost of transport for goods of excessive weight and volume, wooden poles, mobile panels and for feeders, always ask us for a quote. Packaging: included at our expense, unless special requests.
IMPORTANT: a surcharge is provided for delivery of packages to minor islands and the Venice lagoon or particularly difficult-to-reach locations, the supplement amounts to €20.00.
PROPERTY OF GOODS: until full payment, the goods are the exclusive property of BADI FARM as per legal provisions and agreed upon order placement.
SALES: The conditions of sale by correspondence as set out by Italian law apply. Competent court for any disputes: Busto Arsizio (VA).
PRIVACY: We guarantee that the data provided will be processed for internal use in accordance with GDPR law 2016/679
