Rationalising hay on the farm

Rationalize hay feeding

Below we present the rationalization system for feeding hay that is most suitable for horses and the result of work in our breeding farm.

Your habits are many and hay management varies, but almost all of them involve effort, hay on the ground, and discomfort for the horse having to search for hay in the bedding.

The system starts with our BF0101 carts which, with their 13-inch wheels, can overcome even slopes and rough terrain, holding the round bale using the turntable or the rectangular one that fits between the two bars.

The front and rear pivoting caster wheels can hold about 300kg, and the new production has a locking system for the cart when placed on a flat surface but unloaded. A comfortable drawbar moves the cart mechanically if attached to a tractor; otherwise, you can easily push it through the stable by hand.

Unrolling hay from the cart is easy and comfortable; you can store the pitchforks near the push handles. When you have to move with the round bale open, you can secure the hay with a rope to avoid losing it in the corridors.
