Tape on welded mesh

If you already have an electrowelded metal mesh but it doesn't prevent unwanted animals from digging and pushing their way onto your property, the solution with the Impact-Resistant Electrified Safety System is quite simple yet effective.

Many of our customers find themselves in this situation and have solved it by installing two rows of Impact-Resistant Tape directly onto the existing mesh. Our insulators Rif.8N and Rif.9N are indeed versatile and can be attached to the mesh or at the metal posts using resistant cable ties or steel wire. The insulators will always work perfectly by isolating the tape from the existing mesh and thus preventing unnecessary and dangerous leakage.

Badi Farm Impact-Resistant Electrified Safety Tape has a tear strength of approximately 400 kg, this characteristic along with many others makes it exceptional and safe for keeping away wild animals of both large and small sizes.

If the animals you want to keep away are wild boars, our recommendation is to follow these heights for positioning the tape: 25 cm and 50 cm from the ground. This way, the boar will touch the tape with its snout, while the rest of this animal's body is covered by thick and resistant fur which makes it less sensitive to the Electrified System.
