The unpleasant odors produced in livestock farms are a significant problem that increasingly compromises coexistence with residents of nearby residential areas. Nuisance odors in livestock farming are mainly generated by animal excrement. At Badi Farm, we have solved this annoying problem with the use of catalytic enzymes. Beyond the nuisance to humans, it must be considered that dirty and untreated bedding is a biological "time bomb"; there are countless bacterial colonies that we cannot see with the naked eye; if not properly managed with daily cleaning, etc., they cause serious health problems in animals, from hoof rot to respiratory tract mucus irritation caused by ammonia fumes. You can use the powdered product on bedding or use special bacteria in tanks that break down ammonia and prevent bad odors. ENZYMES CATALYTIC is a natural product based on enzymes, proteins produced by bacteria found in the intestine; after careful selection, these are reproduced and multiplied in culture medium.

Enzymes Catalytic is a product formulated specifically for Badi Farm, using a special blend of enzymes and catalysts, designed to digest organic matter and ensure a significant reduction in ammonia (transformed into mineral salts) without raising the bedding temperature or altering the optimal parameters for the horse's well-being.

• With traditional bedding, during normal stall cleaning, approximately 30% to 40% of still clean material is discarded.
• Bedding, in addition to absorbing liquids, supports the horse's weight and must therefore be soft. Traditional bedding is not suitable because it is low and often the horse pushes it aside, resting on hard flooring and developing calluses on the hocks or sores.
• Urine in traditional bedding produces ammonia fumes that irritate the respiratory tract mucous membranes, predisposing it to diseases and reducing sporting performance; even with the use of strong disinfectants, the same irritating effect is achieved.
• Due to fermentations that always accompany bedding decomposition, there may be bacteria that can cause general health problems in the horse and foot infections.
