Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT: payment can be made using the following methods:

  • - Cash on delivery
  • - PayPal by sending money to info@badifarm.com (goods and services option)
  • - Bank transfer to the following details: BCC -ag. di Buguggiate - IBAN IT55A0840450700000000043639 made out to Badi Farm srl
  • - Payment via credit card through Nexi service link which we can generate upon request and send via email

Payment by cash on delivery will have a 2% surcharge, while online payment with PayPal has commission fees of 4%; if you wish to avoid this surcharge you can make a bank transfer, specifying all your details and the order date made out to BCC -ag. di Buguggiate - IBAN IT55A0840450700000000043639 -BIC.

Prices in the list are VAT included. Prices displayed online and in printed price lists distributed during trade shows may be subject to change due to increases in raw material costs. Price changes cannot give rise to claims.

The relevant invoice will be sent at the same time as the order is shipped.

ORDER RECEIPT

Upon receipt of the order, Badi Farm offices may contact the Customer at the email address or phone number provided to clarify any doubts, confirm the order or for any other matter relating to its processing, such as delivery times, shipping quotes on request, availability.

In particular cases, such as when multiple customers order the same product simultaneously, the product may be unavailable. In this case, the Customer will be informed that the order cannot be fulfilled.

If a product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, the Customer will be notified via email or phone of any order processing issues and possible solutions. In case of urgency, it will be possible to advance delivery of immediately available goods and send the missing goods at a later time and/or replace the temporarily unavailable item with another equivalent in terms of quality/price ratio.

DELIVERY

From receipt of the order (and related payment) we commit ourselves quickly to the preparation and shipment of goods in stock if available for immediate delivery; depending on the time of year, at the end of winter and beginning of summer as well as after important trade shows, delivery could be around 30 working days (it will be our duty to notify you via email or phone of the timing and any delays).

Attention to holidays, transport workers' strikes and traffic restrictions: these could delay delivery, therefore no responsibility can be attributed to Badi Farm srl in case of delay in delivery of what was ordered.

Once the parcel has been dispatched from our facility, shipment of the goods is entrusted to an express courier who delivers throughout the national territory in 24/48 hours from the moment the goods are handed over (72 hours for the South, major islands and disadvantaged areas).

As soon as the goods leave the warehouse, the customer will receive an SMS at the number indicated when placing the order confirming departure of the goods from our warehouse with tracking code and a second SMS upon delivery.

Once you receive the parcel, we invite you to verify:
• that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's letter is actually the one delivered
• that the parcel is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. If the damage is easily identifiable, we invite you to refuse delivery or accept with reservation.

For goods exceeding 50 kg or for excessive volumes a price surcharge will be applied and communication will be made so that you can evaluate whether to confirm or not the order placed.

STORAGE: MANAGEMENT AND COSTS

If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, a second delivery will be made the next day. If in that case the courier also does not find anyone or if the customer notifies a different delivery address once the order has already been picked up from our warehouse, the recipient will be charged for the costs incurred for storage and redelivery to the indicated address or for return shipment to the sender to be paid by bank transfer directly to the courier (equal to return shipment costs of the parcel + file costs).

SHIPPING: shipping is at the buyer's expense and given the favorable agreement we have obtained with various national express carriers, it will be invoiced to you directly by us.

Be careful about shipping costs for goods with excessive weight and volume, wooden poles, mobile panels and for feeders, always ask us for a quote. Packaging: included at our expense, unless special requests are made.

IMPORTANT: a surcharge is provided for delivery of parcels to minor islands and Venice lagoon or particularly difficult to reach locations, the supplement is equal to €20.00.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS: until full payment is made, the goods are the exclusive property of BADI FARM as per legal provisions and agreed upon order subscription.

SALE: The conditions of sale by mail as provided by Italian law apply. Competent court for any disputes: Busto Arsizio (VA).

PRIVACY: We guarantee that the data provided will be processed for internal use in accordance with the GDPR law 2016/679
